Travel Agency Terms & Conditions


Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and submission of valid travel documents.

Passport & Visa Responsibility:

Guests are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, permits, and other travel documents required for the tour.

Payment Terms:

Full payment must be completed before the travel date as per the invoice/payment schedule shared by the agency.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to departure for international tours will attract 100% cancellation charges and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Refund Policy:

Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after deducting supplier cancellation charges, banking fees, and service charges.

Flight & Hotel Changes:

Flight timings, hotel allocations, and itinerary schedules are subject to availability and may change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to join the tour, missed flights, or late arrivals will be treated as a “No Show” and no refund or adjustment shall be applicable.

Travel Insurance:

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, baggage loss, cancellations, and unforeseen events.

Liability Limitation:

The agency shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, political disturbances, airline issues, or any circumstances beyond its control.

Acceptance of Terms:

By confirming the booking and making payment, the guest acknowledges and accepts all the above Terms & Conditions in full.
